4:15 WARM-UPS BEGIN
5:30 START TIME
(8:30 approximate end time)
“Q” TIMES are posted on the MSL website
2010 ALL STARS will be run like a DUAL MEET –
NO whistle starts and we WILL have touchpads this year
MEDALS will be awarded to 1st – 4th place in individual events
and relays 1st – 4th place
RIBBONS will be awarded to 5th through 8th place in individual events only
There will be a FUN RELAY at the conclusion of the meet!

** If necessary, teams are welcome to bring “relay only” swimmers.
